About Us
Founded on 8 August 2025, Ledger Leaf Ltd is a modern bookkeeping and business support practice based in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire. We work with businesses across the UK, supporting start-ups, sole traders, small businesses, and growing limited companies with practical financial solutions tailored to their individual needs.
At Ledger Leaf, we believe that successful bookkeeping is about more than keeping records up to date. It's about understanding the people behind the business, building trusted relationships, and providing the financial clarity needed to make informed decisions and achieve long-term growth. We offer a comprehensive range of bookkeeping and business support services, including business start-up assistance, bookkeeping, invoicing, credit control, aged receivables and aged payables management, VAT returns, cash flow reporting, profit and loss reporting, and HMRC agent services. As certified Xero Advisors, we also provide Xero setup, training, software migrations, and ongoing support to help businesses make the most of cloud accounting technology.
Although we are based in North Yorkshire, our clients are located throughout the UK. Distance has never been a barrier to delivering excellent service. Through regular communication, scheduled reviews, and a proactive approach, we take the time to truly understand each business we work with and become an extension of our clients' teams.

Wherever possible, we operate digitally, reducing paper usage and minimising waste while ensuring client information remains secure, accessible, and organised.

Her journey began at the age of 14 when she attended a specialist finance and banking high school, giving her an early introduction to the world of business and financial management.
Vladislava holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and has continued to expand her professional knowledge through industry-recognised qualifications, including Xero Advisor and Payroll certifications. Over the years, she has gained valuable experience working with businesses across a range of industries, developing a strong understanding of the challenges faced by business owners at every stage of their journey.
In August 2025, Vladislava founded Ledger Leaf Ltd with a clear vision: to provide bookkeeping and business support services that are tailored to the individual needs of each client.

Originally from Bulgaria, she moved to the UK over a decade ago and has since built a successful career within the finance and bookkeeping sector, bringing a lifelong passion for finance and a client-focused approach to bookkeeping and business support.
Her experience has shown that no two businesses are the same, and she strongly believes that successful financial support comes from understanding the people behind the business as much as the numbers themselves.
Under her leadership, Ledger Leaf focuses on building genuine relationships with clients, becoming a trusted extension of their team, and providing practical support that helps businesses remain organised, financially confident, and positioned for growth.
